Good Evening Neighbors;
Pursuant to our previous meetings during the last months with the Safeway development team, they are presenting their project tomorrow night, Wednesday 2 October 2019, before the West Design Review Board. This meeting is called EDG, referring to Early Design Guidance. This gives the Design Review Board a chance to review the early massing and project direction with the development team and entertain comments, questions and concerns from the public. The Board will have questions and concerns as well and together with your comments, make recommendations concerning the way forward.
Therefore, it is very important that you attend this meeting, learn more about the project, and offer your comments as you see fit.
On behalf our Land Use Review Committee (LURC) I have submitted our council and community comments assembled from our past community meetings. They are attached herein along with the public notice of the meeting itself.
